Contacted them through their website and they texted me back. Was in communication with them about a puppy, they sent picture and could give good information. Was out of state for me and they did transport. Sent a deposit, they sent a contract as well and on the day on shipping the transportation company needed coverage for insurance and would be refunded on pick up. Then the crate the sender supplied wasn’t right and more money would be needed for crate rental. Tried calling the sender at the number provided but only would receive text messages and no voice calls would go through also tried number on website but wouldn’t work either. Not able to call transportation company but they could call/text me. Ended canceling the transport due to costing to much and so far no information about refund for “insurance” all payments for both places were requested through zelle and nothing else. After cancelling, the transportation company told me the puppy would be handed to animal care and control for them to handle and to let the sender know.
