Ordered queen size Packer Quilt on Nov 25th order confirmed FL03072. Dec 8th ready for shipping. Dec10th ready for shipping as so as DHL picks up package. have sent a couple emails but no reponse and of course no answers. I'm out $ 64.90 for a Christmas present that never came

I ordered a twin sized Star Wars blanket on 11/17. Have not received this item. I have sent numerous e-mails asking where my item is. I get back the same generic e-mail back every time. ~~~~Your request (***) has been updated and will be reviewed by our support staff in the next 24 business hours. Our office hours are 8am - 6pm ICT, Monday - Friday. ~~~~~ But yet still no actual answer....and never another response from them, until I send another e-mail...them I get the same generic response again.

Have asked to cancel......got e-mail stating in production, can not cancel.

Never received the quilt. Got an email Dated 12/07/2018 that it was out for delivery but I was unable to track it.

I ordered a quilt December 6 and paid $54.90. Said I would get a DHL tracking number as soon as it was ready to be shipped. Never happened. Several emails and never a response. No address, phone number nothing. So disgusted!!

They offer you quilts of all types. They take your money and then you hear nothing from them or that they are processing your request. They never send your order.

My mother ordered 2 quilts on 11/21/18. They were ordered as Christmas gifts for 2 of her grandchildren, the charge was very quickly made to her credit card and we recieved a confirmation email. It had been a while and we had recieved no further communication (except for tons of ads for more quilts.) The original email had a link to check the status of your order but when I clicked on it the website was no longer valid. I began emailing them on 11/28 just asking for a update on the order. I got a response of the order being sent to production and I would be notified when it shippped. I continued to email them on 12/1, 12/2, 12/5, 12/7 I recieved the same reply each time. So by the time I emailed them on 12/12 I was beginning to become suspicious. I recieved the same email as a reply. I continued to email them on 12/16 and 12/20 by this time I was concerned and upset as I had began to research this company to find they have scammed several people just like my mother. Now it is 12/21 and my mother has 2 grandchildren without a very important Christmas gift and was scammed for $120, so she doesn't have the money to replace these quilts with another gift for them.
