I had previously ordered a quilt through the company listed . Received a invoice and an email saying the quilt had been made. Said it would take 7-10 business days for delivery through DHL....this was back in November when I ordered. Received notification December 15th that it was done and waiting to be shipped. Still nothing...what is wrong with people .

I saw an ad on facebook, clicked on it to buy a quilt. Said it's ready to be shipped get it before christmas. After the purchase using debit card. A week went by got no tracking number. Emailed for a response is ready to be shipped they was waiting on courier. Another week sent another email they then tell me it was sent out to production. So I respond and question 2 different emails. Then get an email saying I was right it is saying to be sent. So I wait email dsays later to check again same thing if was sent out for production. So I dau I want my money back they say they can't. I sent another email and since then no response. Now disrupting thru bank which they say can take 30 days

I ordered a queen size Red Sox quilt for my nephew for Christmas from this company. I got charged, quilt never arrived. They kept sending emails that they were backed up with orders, then it was on the way. No address or phone number for this company. I emailed why they were no longer responding and I informed them I was going to slam them on social media and contact BBB. turns out they have multiple names and have scammed lot of other people.

I purchased a quilt from them and was billed. A month later and I still had no quilt. Tried to contact them the only means of contact was email and they never gave me a full answer to why I haven’t received my quilt.

Purchased an NFL team quilt November 14,2018 through a website on Facebook, purchased through PayPal, website is now unavailable, received emails with tracking numbers, used numbers on website and “could not be found” Website says it is closed in order to fulfill requests before Christmas. Emailed 2 different websites, got a response from ecrafta, saying their support staff will take a look and get back to me.

On November 22, 2018 I ordered a Red Sox Quilt from an ad I saw on Facebook for Bella Quilt. Never would've thought I was going to be scammed. I saw soooo many of these ads on FB that they looked legit.

I paid 58.91 for this quilt that I ordered for my mom for Christmas and never received it. After following up via email to see if my order was being shipped, I got an email stated it was being made and I would get confirmation when it was being shipped out. That never happened.

In November 2018, I purchased a Star Wars quilt from a company named Bella Quilt, paid via Paypal. When I started trying to get information about my purchase, such as tracking information. I found myself searching through a maze of ever-changing company names (Bella Quilt, Umovietee, usacrafta, ecrafta, Amelia Quilt. At one point, I actually got an email response from a customer service representative named Tania, who explained to me that the quilts were homemade (which was not stated in the ad) and to be patient and I would receive tracking information as soon as the product was finished.. Yeah, right. The final straw was that the most recently used company name, Amelia Quilt, posted that the company was now closed in order to "process the orders already received". Ummm, No company does that. The original ad looked legitimate and professional. This was to be a Christmas present for my Star Wars loving son. Please be careful if you are even thinking about purchasing something from a company that is not well known. I learned the hard way. I hope the person/s are found and prosecuted.

Saw the ads on Facebook for an NFL quilt, ordered the quilt around Thanksgiving and havent heard anything since. Every time I try to email customer service, I get an automated email saying they'll respond within 24 hours from indochina time. Funny, since the company supposed to be in Salem, Oregon. Contacting paypal to get a refund.
