Advertised a trial offer of skin care products with only having to pay shipping, also used Lori Greiner as offering this product thru Shark Tank. When I applied for my free trial and paid the shipping they used my credit card information to charge $93.00 for the product when I called and spoke with the manager and CEO of this company Mark Phillips he would not listen to my complaint or help resolve the issue .
