This company called me, my son and my job saying for me to call about a complaint against me. Thing is they were using my old married name. When I called the number back they would not answer. They did leave a voicemail with another number to call with a case number. When I called they said we have to verify your social before giving me any information about what they were calling for. They gave me the last 4 of my social and stated they were calling about a payday loan I had taken out. I stated I don't have a payday loan. I asked when this loan was taken out and what company it was taken out with and finally after demanding an answer they said it was taken out in 2013, but as I stated earlier I have not used my old married name in years.

Scary part is I don't know how they had my social security number. So she said I need to pay $1000 + loan I said I am not paying if I did not take out a loan. said my name was different at that time. They said will it was take with my social and I am responsible. I said I am not, So they said so are you disputing I said yes I am they said will hire an attorney see you in court. I was worried someone used my social my friend says it is probably a scam. I have not taken out a loan. and my name has changed, now I wish I would have never called them back.
