Date- Feb 19, 2019, A fake person posing to be Bell Canada Employee offering 30% discount on your current bill for next 1 year. He is calling workplaces. He gives his fake Bell Canada Employee ID to get people trust. He used his name as Jason Employee ID- BC1916 offer for Plan called Reliant Discounted Programme. He wants to record your voice saying "YES" and "YOU ARE THE MANAGER OF BUSINESS" and "MORE THAN 18 YEAR OLD" and Billing Address, probably using it to hook you up for some registration to some company and then sending Bill to You to pay
