I found an online boutique that had a product I wanted. Paid for the product, the money came out right away from my checking account via my debit card online, on 1/17/23. They emailed me about a week later telling me, “due to shipping delays, I could continue to wait or receive a full refund”. I continued to wait a few more days. They sent another email days later, offering the same options. I opted to receive my full refund, and had 72 hours to respond. They said ok, and processed my refund and that it would take 3-5 business days. After that time period, I emailed back and said I didn’t receive the refund yet. They told me to notify them by 2/10/23 and they would resolve the issue immediately. I emailed today, on 2/10/23 and told them I wanted my money back and was frustrated. They said they have helped me all they could and there was no reason for my frustration, and to continue to wait on the refund. I have tried to email back, reach out on social media, but no replies back. They have erased comments and reviews I posted on their social media on IG. They erased their fb page as well. I found out by researching online, the CEO or owner of the business is Chanequa Pettaway, Powder Springs, GA.
