Calling to scare me

This company has called me several times threatening me about court for a matter that isn't mine..I've asked them to not contact me and they still keep contacting me...I kept calling them and asking them for name and also who I should contact for cease and desist...they keep hanging up on me.

These ppl are hilarious ? calling me and threatening me and that’s the not icing on the cake she processed to fight with me on the phone left and right talking about I’m out here doing “fraud” excuse me? LOL now they pulled out files from my supposedly old address and they looked me up threw my IPA Wi-Fi I mean come on really! You can tell she got upset when I told her to send the cops nobody is scared when she’s the one making threats over the phone and blah blah blah! Ppl don’t fall for this these ppl are out here doing the most talking about I have you on a recorded line admitting to committing this fraud ? Wowzers it’s crazy out there and this world is ugly full of lame ppl trying to scam us!

Automated call calling me and my husband's phone from a local number stating "this is the claims department and a judgment is being filed against me for a payday loan and that I may settle this debt directly with the company but understand that if you do not contact us you forfeit that right to settle, then she states my name and says, you have been notified." Called the local number back and spoke to a woman that was talking really fast, said her name was Melissa Morale and could be reached at 855-480-6392 ext 8606. She stated that it was the claims department about a payday loan that is going to be filed in courts for the amount of $3,00 something dollars but I could settle it for $1300. I asked who the company was and she said they dont know because payday loans change names but she could tell it was issued by Citi Bank and they are looking to say I commited bank fraud. I then told her that there are too many scams out there and I do not remember taking a payday loan and do not see it on my credit, she transfered me to a "higher up". This guy stated that he can only tell that the original balance was $700 and something when it was sent to a court back in 2016 but he could allow me to settle it for the original debt of $700 and something just to sign the docu sign that they would send to my email address. They had my email address, home address, my maiden last name, me and my husbands number, and the last 4 of my social, I did not provide them with any of this!!! I do not have any debt like this on my credit! I blocked the number and so did my husband only for them to call 3 more times the next day from a 918-215-9033, 918-215-9034, 918-215-9035, and then today from a 405-257-0916. This is ridiculous. I was one of the victims of the experian, equifax breach, is this how they got my information? Things like this make you feel powerless in protecting your personal information.
