Ripped Off By Liz Olson Of Bela Collective

I signed up for a two course package deal for Belacollective/Project Academy. This was supposed to be 2 courses you could do at your own pace, and would be available any time you wanted to do it. I paid 4 payments of $185, for the package deal. I have other things going on, so I did not do them right away...the fact that I could do them at my leisure was why I signed up. I was planning on doing them this winter. I did try and log into the Belacollective course a few times; but it always said I had a bad password, even when I had just changed it, to get in. I'd get annoyed and stop trying.

Then I got a pitch email saying they were doing the courses again, and they had taken everyone's suggestions and improved the courses (I had signed up for the inaugural run). I was given the opportunity, as an "alumni," to take both the new improved courses, or just one. I chose to pay $124.25 to do just the Belacollective "new & improved" course. That's a total of $864.25 that I paid.

Then on 9/24/24, I get a message from Liz Olson, owner of Belacollective.com, saying that she managed to delete her whole course...the one I had paid 4 payments of $185 for. Gone. I wrote back, asking what type of a refund she was offering. She was offering ZERO refund. My option was to pay an extra $124.25 more than any other new student (remember, I had not done the course before she lost it). When I pointed this out twice, once she claimed she didn't understand. She has not replied to my subsequent emails explaining it to her again. I have emailed her two more times. No response. At this point, I want a FULL REFUND OF $864.25, as I really don't want to learn anything from people who treat their customers this way. She has ignored my demand for a refund; and that is what brings me here, to warn anyone to THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GIVE ANY MONEY TO LIZ OLSON OF BELACOLLECTIVE.COM. She does NOT do right by her customers!
