I purchased a Pet Pro Carpet cleaner in February, waited the 2 week shipping period. Did not receive carpet cleaner. Attempted to call company no one answered so I emailed them about the problem they said to wait 2 more days and gave me tracking info. All the tracking info is in Japanese or Chinese. I email them again March 5th because I still dont have the carpet cleaner. I asked for a refund and had to argue from getting 17$ back to getting $52 because of "handling fees." Now it has been 32 days since they said they would refund me and when I ask for an update I keep getting the run around. From reading reviews I am not the first person they have done this too. I'm still fighting for my money back and now they have my card info so once I get it back I'm changing everything. Unfortunately their website looks certified and professional I was certainly duped.

The website does not indicate they are from China!

I ordered a Bissell vacuum. Six weeks later I received the most cheap, hideous pair of counterfeit Ray Ban sunglasses. They offered to give me a 60% refund claiming they had fees. Then they tried to offer a 70% refund. I went straight to my credit card company and disputed the charge.

Offer online items very cheep, website seems well done but fake address and fake phone number. All items are priced from $50-60

And charge come from china. No response from merchant.
