this group called me demanding i pay an outstanding balance on an old 5/3 checking account. They also stated that there were multiple attempts to serve legal papers to my place of employment and at my address none of which ever happened. They stated that if I did not pay that day then legal action will be filed in behalf of 5/3 due to FDIC Fraud. I contacted 5/3 personally and they had no record of that company associated with them or my account or SSN.
