got extremely poor quality boots they are too small they are terrible a joke suppose to be leather with wool lol lol i wrote email they say they cant find me in their system that i didnt get item from them. i sent pic of boots and label and shipping label they wrote back they dont use that delivery system. there are many companies that are selling the same things all have weird names have cheap knock offs of a real product that cost a lot more they sell a very very cheap rendition of the real thing but the pics show nicely now they do not plan on giving me a refund. i hope you can do something about these companies they are based in china but return address is near chicago and name is joe doe lol

i dont know what else to say .
