I ordered a Fitbit Alta HR on 5/21. I was charged and received a confirmation from both Beegoshopping.com and Paypal same day. I should have known then that I made a mistake ordering from them because the Paypal receipt showed payment was made to "Le Thi Quynh Trang." After several days I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. I went back to the site to try to contact them and realized their only method of contact was through email. I immediately knew I made a bad decision. I decided to wait another day or 2 and actually received a shipping confirmation with tracking number. I checked the tracking number with UPS and to my surprise it would be arriving the next day. I tracked the pkg all day, it was on the truck for delivery. I waited until end of day and still didn't get my pkg. I checked the tracking number, but this time it said the seller had requested the package back. I checked the "order status" option on beegoshopping.com and it stated UPS was unable to deliver my pkg and to contact UPS for redelivery. I contacted UPS and they said that there wasn't an option for redelivery on this pkg (which is an option the seller/sender chooses) and I would have to contact the seller. I confirmed with UPS that there shouldn't have been an issue with delivery. UPS asked where I ordered the item from and I told them, but their records showed that my order was from MACYS. They chalked it up to the possibility of a 3rd party seller. I emailed beegoshopping.com regarding their request for my package to be returned to them and asked them to resolve the issue. In the days that followed I NEVER received a response and kept tracking the pkg while it was being returned back to the seller. When it arrived back to the sender/seller I received an email from beegoshopping.com stating the item was delivered TO ME at my address. UPS tracking number showed the pkg in a completely different state. Clearly it wasn't delivered to me.

Yesterday, I received a pkg from MACYS thinking it was the Fitbit. It was not. It was a shirt that I NEVER ordered. Wasn't even close to my size. A receipt that looked like it was printed from a register (not an online order slip) was stapled to the shirts tag. The billing and shipping info was also on the receipt and it was all of my information; name, address etc. I checked my credit card transactions and thankfully this shirt from MACYS was not on it.

How did I order a Fitbit from beegoshopping.com and receive a shirt from MACYS? How did my personal information end up on something I did not order? So many questions.
