I ordered a product that didn't ship for almost two weeks when my credit card was charged the very next day. Once it did ship it made it 100 miles away when the tracker said it was delivered but to another state. Then the company emailed me that the product was damaged and I would see a refund within 14 days. Well it's been over 3 months with numerous emails stating that I havent received the refund with no reply.
