Website [email protected] We ordered a wall shelf and received a used karoke microphone. Emailed on 1/11/23 requesting ordered product. They responded, requesting images of the item we received. They apologized and said they would send out the correct item and we never heard back from them. Their last response was on 1/20/23. It is now a week later and we have not heard anything back.

Ordered a bar for the house, company send confirmation email and shipping link. Link said delivered. Nothing ever arrived.

They are selling furniture online but never delivered the actual product I purchased (a large bookshelf). Instead, I think they deliver a piece of junk mail so the item is "tracked and delivered" by USPS but it appears that the package was stolen.
