There are several people, (including myself) who have attempted to purchase merchandise from this "Online Merchant" and have never received their products. Please review - This company is well known for this and has already had an investigation opened by BBB. This website needs to be shut down immediately before any other transactions take place.

This website is a horrible scam. I wish I read all the reviews before I made a purchase. I purchased car seat covers for $168.33 USD on January.19th, 2020 with my debit card. Right away the money was taken out from my account and sent to 'Tidebuy International L Poland' account. I received no email confirmation of my order, but I was able to go on the website and track my order. According to the website, products normally take 1-4 weeks to arrive. My order kept saying it was still being manufactured (everytime I went to check the tracking info). So I was generous and waited till February.25th (over a month from date of purchase) to EMAIL them. (Cause if you call them via phone it's a weird Chinese number that doesn't go through). I didn't get an email response until a week later after i sent 15 emails complaining. The customer service representative said they no longer had the product in stock and I would have to choose another item so they'd give me $10 off. (Keep in mind they would've NEVER emailed me about the product being out of stock). I refused to choose an item and asked for a full refund of the $168.33 I paid. They refused to give me a refund until I threatened to report them. Then they said the refund would take 1-3 weeks to be be received. Three weeks later I send 53 emails asking where is my refund (because if you only send one email they never respond). The customer representative then emailed me saying how credit card purchases take longer to refund and I must patiently wait a little longer (keep in mind I paid with a debit card). Now it is almost April and I have still yet to receive a refund of a product I had ordered on January 19th. I will keep emailing them and file a dispute with my bank. Unless you need stress and an empty bank account, don't waste your time ordering from freaking Beddinginn.

I placed an order over a month ago, I was given a tracking number for UPS but UPS still doesn't have it in there possession. I've been emailing almost everyday requesting the exact location & status of my order & all I get is a repeating email telling me the non working tracking number & for me to wait 2-3 days for UPS to update their system. It's been 30 days & I'm still getting the same email. Asked for a refund a week ago & I haven't received a response yet. I feel like I'm out my money & a sad little child at home.
