I placed an order on Sept. 25 and it stated I would receive it in 5-7 days. As of today October 5 see their below email: I was also told that I could not cancel the order. Note that they state it shipped air mail but will be another 20 to 39 days before I receive it. They do not answer or return phone calls. They would not provide a tracking number.

However, I can assure you this item should be arriving within Oct 25 - Nov 13. If it does not, please feel free to reach back out to us and we can ship you a new one free of charge.
