I saw a FB add from Bed Bath & Beyond for 70% off a piece of furniture. Since I knew they were clearing out and the page looked legit, I made the purchase.

However, I thought I should use a prepaid gift card just in case.

I’m glad I did, because I never received the furniture.

I googled the .com on the check out page that I thought to take a screen shot of, and there was no such listing. Only “possible scam”

I then pulled up my gift card info of the cleared charge and it showed MYSTICSOULFLOW OUT OF Hong Kong.

These thieves need to be stopped. It’s really sad.

This was an advertisement on Instagram claiming to be the Bed Bath & Beyond clearance center. I placed an order with my Visa credit card. When I recived the confimation via email from [email protected] via mailer.shopemail.com. On the invoice it showed the Payment Method: Asiabill (Direct) - 71.24 USD. It also had a customer service email: [email protected]. When I clicked on the link to check my order the website was prudencei.shop. My co-worker looked on line and told me it is a scam.
