Ive been getting calls for months now from scammers. I am on the https://donotcall.gov/ registry. At first I was getting 1-800 #’s calling, now everyday it’s local numbers. Today it was a number that was listed under CLAYTON LOCKSMITH, but their message says “This is BECKY with HELPING HANDS, can you hear me Ok?”, I’ve been getting this same robotic call from this “Becky” everyday now just through different companies. So, after I called the company I hung up and called back and this time the recording gives a message and then says “to get in contact with us you do so by email @ [email protected]”. So, now it’s beyond scary that local numbers are being used by these scam artists, because they are using the YES method, which I had to research. If they say “Can you hear me ok?” and you say YES you’re allowing them to make a purchase. So check your bank statements afterwards!
