Received a call stating I owed for a payday loan that I didn't take out, and they were collecting for them, and my case would "go up for review" if I didn't start a payment plan. Received an email "agreement" from them. Email doesn't have a business name or address, and it's signed by a senior analyst and only lists their phone number. Email didn't come from the person I spoke to on the phone, which was Carrie White. I cannot find anything online related to their name, or phone numbers.
