On March 16th 2021, I purchased an inflatable hot tub jacuzzi and an r/c Jeep from a facebook ad by bechoosen.com. I paid $218.00 via a Credit card. I waited around 2 months and had not received the products, I sent an email and finally got a package with a tiny blow up kiddy pool and a single pair of women's underwear. I emailed them back and they sent this reply:

Hello,

I received a package but it did not contain my order. I ordered a Jacuzzi Hot Tub and a Remote Control Jeep. I received a small blow up childs pool and a small pair of panties. My order was placed March 16th. This is way too long to wait for your company to get this right. Please refund my money now $218.00.

Lisa B******* *** **** **. ***. *********, ** ***** Then, I received a package containing the wrong items. So I sent another email:

Dear Customer, We have confirmed the photo you sent and so sorry to let you disappointed. It may cause by our warehouse staff, they neeed to handle too much goods every day. And thanks for your feedback, we will improve our product quality in the future. To handle this issue, you can send product back to us, then we will refund to you.Or you can keep the product, we will return you 50% of the amount of the disputed goods. Could you please consider? Thanks for your understanding and hope you have a nice day. Yours sincerely

So I sent:

I will send the wrong things back to you and you will refund me the whole amount I paid. Please send a prepaid shipping label so i don’t have to pay for the mistake made by your warehouse staff. Thank you.

They sent back:

Dear customer, Thanks for your reply. Please send back to below: 201, 2nd Floor, Building C (Shilin Building), Taiwan Industrial Zone, 2132 Songbai Road, Shiyan Street, Baoan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. China Contact number: 18126324875, Contact: Yifan Logistics Zip Code: 518100 Your need to bear the postage yourself. After you sending us, Please provide the tracking number to us. We will deal with it once we receive. Yours sincerely

So I sent:

Hi, thank you for the address. Please clarify what you meant by “ Your need to bear the postage yourself. After you sending us, Please provide the tracking number to us. We will deal with it once we receive. ”

I will be happy to provide you with a tracking number, however, it was a mistake made by your shipping department, so I do not need to pay for shipping things that I did not order, back to you at my expense. Please either send me a pre-paid return shipping label. Or tell me that you will reimburse me the cost of shipping in addition to the amount I paid for my order which I never received.

Or you could just ship the correct items that I originally ordered.

Dear customer, We are so sorry about the inconvenience bring to you due to the mistaken products. We totally understand how you feel.The same as what you want, we want to give you a refund. But we are so sorry that in our return policy, you need to return the product to us at your cost, which might cost much money to send it to China, meanwhile, over half a month will be cost also. In order to save your time, could you accept a 70% partial refund? Looking forward to your reply. Best regards

So I sent back:

Thank you for your response. If I had made the mistake, then I would be responsible for sending you back the wrong items at my expense. However, it was your companies mistake, not mine. Therefore, either send me the correct items, or give me a full refund. Thank you.

And I have not heard another word from them. Also, their website seems to have disappeared.
