I purchased the set of 4 of these fans. I kept getting a notice it was delayed in shipping then a fake tracking number. It was $259.42 and because of COVID I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I received an email today after sending yet another inquiry and they replied it’s been to long so no items and no refund. What can we do?
