Good Morning, we placed the order on January 26th and the payment was processed via Afterpay. Upon receiving notification from Afterpay, we went to the beautyforever.com website to confirm whether or not the product had been shipped and it hadnt. The order status has been in "processing" since Jan 27th 2025. We have reached out to Beauty Forever several times and they have assured that the order would be processed and delivered within several time frames and still nothing. The most recent correspondence from them, they're requesting that we choose an item that we did not initially order. We've researched this company and there are millions of complaints regarding false advertisment. They claim the item isnt available however they are advertising it as available, which would lead to consumers purchasing without knowing they being scammed out of there money. I've also got emails and screenshots of my findings if needed. Thank You.
