Italia at Ilash and Brow Bar stole 375.00 from me for a service i did not receive. I made an appt for an eyelash service and came down with Covid. I called to reschedule the appt for when I wasnt contagious and was told that I would be charged full price for the service that I did not receive and if I wanted to reschedule I had to pay another 375.00. I explained that I have Covid and was told thats not their problem and would be charging my card in full becauase they still expected to make money regardless of my circumstances. They had my card information because when i made the appt I had to pay a 50.00 fee. I want to make others aware of this business so others dont get money stolen from them for a service never received.
