I ordered 2 bottles of Givenchy Play Intense cologne @ $112.99 on July 19, 2020. It was a 2-5 day delivery. On July 22, 2020, I received an email saying my order is on the way. I have emailed and called on numerous occasions and have not gotten an answer. Today is April 5, 2021 and I have yet to receive my order. A TOTAL SCAM AND THEY NEED TO BE FOUND AND PROSECUTED.

I ordered 3 bottles of Victoria secret body spray for my kids on June 22, 2020 for $54 and never got it, it’s now December! I originally gave it time because of everything happening with covid but it should have been here by now, and seeing all the other complaints, I see now this company was a total scam to begin with, posting stuff they never had or intended on actually selling, jist posting to take peoples money. I PRAY the FBI looks into this amd finds them!

I purchased self tanner on June 21, however it's now September and I still haven't received the product. I have emailed and called and not one person has contacted me back. The number they give you is a Canadian number which of course no one answers either. I am absolutely pissed off. I knew that price was too good to be true. It's absolute bull[censored].

I ordered perfume in April like 2 weeks before Mother’s Day, paid for rushed shipping too. $112 total and still haven’t received anything. This place is a scam don’t waste your time or money with these people. I’ve tried calling and only ever get a voicemail asking me to leave a message. I ordered Lola Perfume on June 10, 2020. $52 was taken out of my account immediately, order is #4343, stated to be delivered in 2-5 days. In July I was emailed stating it had been mailed. Today 8/3/2020 still no product. I have emailed, left phone messages, tried calling the text number and also tried texting on the website. I am FURIOUS. What a scam.

I made an order in May. Paid $105 to The Most High knows who. It sucks to be scammed when it’s enough going on in the world. Has to be heartless to take from people who are choosing to use and support your business. Makes people leery to order online or trust certain sites.

I placed an order with them on July 2nd 2020, in my initial order confirmation it stated that product would be pulled within one day and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. My payment was taken out on July 2nd they were very quick to do that. I was told it was shipped on July 7th. It is now July 24th an have yet to receive my product. I have asked for my payment to be reimbursed and the product be sent to me with no payment for their poor customer service. I am going to be reporting this company to the Canadian equivalent of our Attorney General to see if we could file a class action lawsuit against this company I would recommend that no one else order from this company it is not a legitimate company. I will keep you posted!

Same as other complaints. Never recieved product, charged my card! Hopefully you can do something before someone else gets scammed. Never returns emails or phone messages!
