I have been in contact with this company for almost 3 weeks to get a refund. I was willing to send the product back until I was told that I had to pay for shipping. The company will not honor their OWN return policy they expect me to pay for shipping but the product they sent me was NOT of good quality nor what I ordered. I took it to several specialist and they confirmed the item was not of great quality. I contacted the company and sent pictures of the unused product for weeks they were rude and not willing to cooperate. I decided to get my bank involved now they want to send a return label if I close the dispute. I don't trust that the company will refund me after I send the product back. I have read that several customers returned the product and did not receive a refund or a new product. These people are SCAMMERS/THIEVES. They keep harassing me I have to get an attorney involved because they won't stop bothering me. PLEASE BE WARE of this "company" I use that term loosely. It's sad how these people come to our country and scam us.
