PowerBurn sent me an incorrect DHL tracking number, when I pointed out that it was still invalid after 3weeks they sent a new tracking number through USPS. The package never came and USPS connit confirm or deny anything.
I spent $30 and never recieved anything and have been denied all requests for a reship or refund. PowerBurn has refused to help me in any regardes at all!
I have documented the emails of them giving me incorrect tracking numbers and have recorded all conversations with USPS to further back up my case.
I've also done some research and found that I am not the only person to scammed by this company.
Save your money&time and shop else-where.
