I ordered a product from this website spending 25$ on an item never received and there excuse was they were out of stock. I have emailed them multiple times with no response other than this one.

“Hey ***,

I just looked into what happened and I hate to tell you but your order was actually RIGHT after the last unit was sold out of stock :(

The system for some reason still took the order thinking there was more.

We actually have a brand new shipment coming in on the way that should get here next week, so if you want to wait or cancel your order we can do that if you wish. We would totally understand.

Let me know what you want to do, so sorry for this inconvenience ***.
