We have requested a full refund, or the actual item pictured in the order shown below to be shipped to us (and we have offered to return the cheap knockoff set)!
So far, we have been offered refunds of $8.00, $15.00 and as of the last email sent - $20.00!! We paid 49.99!
Please do the honorable thing and send us the set we saw on your website and paid for and everyone will be happy!!
You could also provide a FULL refund if you do not in fact have this actual teak utensil set to send us.
We do not want any more offers of PARTIAL REFUNDS!!
You have until Monday January 18th at 5PM to fix this issue or we will report your business and get your company shut down so other consumers are not scammed!!!
