Husband found labsite looking for a new puppy. Contacted 'seller,' who showed several photos of puppy he was interested in, said we could have dog flown to our state for free. We had to sign a contract and they wanted payment via either Zelle app or Visa cards purchased at a store. My husband send photos of the credit cards, as requested, and when they didn't get back to us, I googled the phone number and realized it's part of a scam using several breeds of dogs (but almost always same phone number) and contact name, Ivan Cooper. I just hope someone else doesn't fall prey to this scam because $750 is a lot to lose. Thank you.

I'm not in Ohio but am using my former Kent Ohio zip as a contact because form doesn't allow for the fact that this crime was committed by someone in Ohio, but the victim (my husband) lives in Florida. We do not have contact info for their business and it is not registered with the state.
