I ordered three items of women's clothing from this company, www.beathel.com. The quality of the garments is terrible--nothing like the website pictures. The website claims that the material is "cotton blend" however they look 100% synthetic. None of items have any of the labels that are required by the FTC for consumer protection, i.e. there is no indication of the fiber content, and there are no care instructions. I contacted the seller saying that I wanted to return everything for a complete refund. The return policy on their website says that they will accept returns if there are quality problems. In addition to the lack of quality generally, I consider the lack of labeling to be a quality problem unto itself. The garments also reek of cigarette smoke. I have emailed Beathel back and forth numerous times, and each time they have refused to authorize a return. I sent them screenshots from the FTC website outlining the federal requirements for garment labeling, and told them they were breaking the law and defrauding me. I told them I would file a complaint if they did not accept my return. At one point they offered to compensate me $15. When I repeated my demand for a return authorization/refund, the offered me $22. I said that this was not acceptable and that I would proceed to file a complain with the FTC. Their last message was simply "Sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience." This business is a total scam.
