I place an order from what was initially a Facebook ad for a luxury reclining camping chair. I sent two follow up emails to customer service asking where the order was as it was taking weeks and weeks to deliver. They just kept sending the tracking number which showed it was in customs. Long story short, what was supposed to be my order was delivered after 2.5 months and what was delivered was not ordered. It was a small, cheap plastic chair small enough for a barbie doll.
