Ordered 2 boxes of essential oils and an oil deffusior, from their site on facebook, I sent my money 40.00 and never received products, tried emailing numerous times with no reply, have reported to the bbb.

Viewed many ads from them on Facebook, and on April 28, 2018 placed an order for yarn. Received an email confirmation of the order on April 28 and they took the $69.79 for the purchase from my account. Have received no yarn, and no further communication. Have emailed them to request information on the order status and also have requested to cancel the order via email and via the form on their website - no response to any attempts to contact.

I ordered SoothAroma Essential Oils for $7.97. They have the funds from my account, but they have not shipped the item, there has been no communication other than an email with an order number confirming my order. There is no phone number to contact them, only email. I have tried three times to ask where my produce is and have had no response.

I have purchased two orders of essential oils from this company over a month ago and haven’t received my order or at least a confirmation of shipment, just a confirmation of payment. I have tried to contact them to check status on my order and my emails are ignored. Have not heard from them at all! Have not received anything :(

They have a offer for SoothAroma Essential Oils, just pay shipping and handling. I did order them through the link on facebook that took me to their page. I order on May 5, 2018 and received a email on May 8 telling me they received my order and payment. I have emailed them asking when my order would be shipped? No reply, I checked the page again and my order status shows the same. The site says you can refund your order if done within 30 days. so on the 25th. day I asked for a refund. No reply, no refund. I just don't know what to do?

Facebook ad claiming that they were having a sale on essential oils, just pay shipping.... but they never shipped the product and won't respond to emails despite numerous contact.... they have no phone number listed and I also tried contacting them via Facebook

Placed an order, they never sent it. They won’t answer any emails and have no info on my order. They definitely took our money though

Beastera ran continuous ad on Facebook of an engraver pen. Free, just pay shipping and handling ($7.97). I ordered on 11/08/2017. They emailed a receipt to my email address. The order said allow 5-12 business days. I have never received the item. I could not find an address for their company, nor a telephone number. At the bottom of the emailed receipt, it states "If you have any questions, reply to this email." I replied twice and inquired as to why I hadn't received my product and got no response. I replied a 3rd time and told them that I was considering contacting the Atty General. No response.
