I ordered the product, and received a message it was being sent. When I tried to track the item via usps, it was not showing up. There is not a phone number for customer service, so I emailed and was told there were unforeseen issues and there would be a delay. At the time I opted to wait it out. It’s been 5 months and no communication. I have tried email and social media and nothing.

I placed an order back in January, paid full amount. Communication was sparse, I did not receive any updates regarding order processing or shipping status. I continued to reach out and communication on their end stopped completely. It is now going on 4 months and order was never fulfilled.
