Type of a scam Employment
I was emailed by a man that went by the name 'Samuel Carter' who offered me a position of a Data Entry Clerk with a salary of $3750 a month. The money grabbed my attention as I am unemployed and I immediately responded to say that I accepted. After I accepted the offer, Samuel told me that a lady will call me on Wednesday with the last digits being '836'. I found it was questionable when 'Samuel' never gave me the name or full phone number so I checked their website and went on Google to find an office, only to discover there is no business office in Ottawa nor a 'Samuel Carter' on the employee list. Furthermore, I asked him to provide me an address and telephone number in which he never responded. The last email I sent him states that I decided to decline the offer, now I'm worried what they can do knowing they have my address and telephone number.
