I ordered a dress for USD149 and paid for express delivery USD25. Several weeks later still no dress, no tracking number, nothing. And they told me they wont give me my money back. Why would they if they wanted to steal it in the first place. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered something in that store.

I ordered 4 dresses from this site, because I saw it advertised on Instagram. The dresses came from China, which appear to be dresses from Aliexpress, that this company is selling (overpricing) as their own. The dresses were terrible quality and when I looked on the website for their return policy it said that I could return items after 7 days of receiving them. It had only been 2 days so I should have been able to. The website also told me to contact their support email to set up my return. When I emailed them, they replied saying they’re policy doesn’t allow for returns or refunds which is clearly not what the website states. After looking them up on Instagram I found an account called beachsidebunnyfraud which shares other negative experiences just like mine. I am now out of $200. The website address is fake and the number only allows you to leave a message, to which they don’t respond to.
