I "bought" some luggage online via Paypal and didn't receive a confirmation email. I called the support line and it's some poor woman in Alabama who let me know it's a scam and not to buy from there. Filing a dispute with Paypal soon.

I had a similar experience with this company. I filed a dispute with paypal. They provided false shipping information. This caused paypal to close my dispute. If they provide shipping information, contact the shipping company (mine was UPS) and get a statement that the shipping information was not for your package or address. This is enough to ensure you get a refund and reopen your dispute.
