If it sounds to good to be true, it most likely is. I should’ve known better, don’t fall for it. They said I could cancel without hassles up to a year.and quickly did some research after the fact and found pages of issues, they change their name frequently making more difficult to research, but didn’t live up to their ability to cancel hassle free. Thankfully American Express is taking care of it for us.

I recently stayed at a Marriott and they called and said because I stayed at Marriott, I qualified for a discounted vacation. In the past, Marriott has sent me offers for discounted vacations so it sounded legit. I did a google search for their name and nothing came up the website appeared to be legit, this was only superficial, upon further inspection, there are grammatical errors on the site and no contact info and the about us section doesn't state how long they have been in business. I had to conclude my purchase before I gained access to the site to discover these details. But I got a funny feeling in my stomach after my transaction so I decided to do a more comprehensive search online and finally found the scam: https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g150769-i82-k12242864-o20-2019_Sun_Beach_I... They change their name every couple of months or so when people begin to post however the "manager" is the same, an Alex Sosa. They promise a lot in the sales pitch but I have yet to read a review where anyone has actually be able to use the voucher. Since the company name and website change every couple of months there is no way to actually book your travel. Credit card companies are denying the refunds and people are out of hundreds and in some cases 1000s of dollars. Past names include; Sun Beach Int'l, Villa Group, and My Vacation Resorts,
