disability or need for any braces. I called Federal Express and asked to have a mail form sent to me so that I could return the braces that I
did not order. I also called Medicare to see if they had been billed for this order of 5 braces. They had no record of this yet. I called
Beach Medical Supplers, LLC and was told the order was made by Dr. William Mangan, 3415 Woods end Dr. Okemos, MI 48864 I called the
doctor's office and was told that they had no record of my name or address as a patient in their office. Please assist me in clearing this up.
