I ordered a dashboard for my 1998 ford expedition I've been speaking with this Justin and showing what my dashboard looks and color well they sent the wrong I've been calling they pick and hang and again and again 17 times one day, so I gave up called the next day I get someone and they send me to voice-mail all day still can't get no called again I got someone but I have to explain the problem again because nobody no what's going on I got forward to voice-mail again to someone I hung up and called again the phone just rang rang as usual, I don't know what is going on over there but this is not right to take folks money especially my money I'm on disability and these people playing around with my money and and no know tell who else they have done this to I've got a big crate in my garage for dashboard that doesn't ft theyyyyyyyy need to come get this [censored]!

On 8-03-2021 I ordered a steering knuckle for my 1999 Dodge Durango that the employee named Justin said they had. when the part arrived at my door 2 weeks later the part was a heavily rusted part with stripped holes that amounted to a hazardous piece of junk according to my mechanic. The part was visibly in bad shape and if used as is would be a road hazard.
All attempts to contact them resulted in a person answering the phone then automatically sending you to a voice mailbox. They fail to contact you or respond in any way. They ignored requests for a refund and a shipping label to return the part. Apparenty many people have the same experience of getting junk parts for their money. This scam must end.

Address is a ups store this site has ripped off multipul people this needs to stop today stop this web site before someone else gets ripped off

These lpeople sold me a set of headlights that said was $750.
It was cheaper than what found elsewhere so i ordered it.
When i got my receipt via email it was $795 via email.
A week later no headlights no text, ph call or email.
So i call them and they said it was
damaged in shipment and they were sending me another set of headlights but i need to pay Notger $200?
So like a dummy i did.
Then in 30 minutes I called back and said forget it just give me a refund.
they mumbled something in broken English. So I said when am i going to get my refund.
He said 3vto 5 dsys.
I said are you going to put it back on my card?
"Yes,yes"
That was 10 days ago.
I made the initial order March 19th and today is April 7th and i will not answer or return my calls just sends me to voice mail.
These oeople need to ve shut down

Ordered parts for my car. Received some used piece of junk from a pick a part place. Called the company several times. Barely get two words out before I am sent to voicemail for customer service who never answer, or return messages. Finally talked to someone, said that they would get back to me. They never did. They do not care at all and will not compromise in any way. Big expensive mistake, Now I am out lots of money. And still do not have the part I need for my car.

Ordered part for car, recieved part broken. Tried to contact several times will not respond to email or phone calls..DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BIG SCAM

I was searching online for parts for the rear end of my car, upper and lower control arms. I found this website which promised to search for the parts and contact me. Approximately 1 minute after hitting send I received a phone call. He said that he had the parts and gave me a quote. The exact same price for all 4 which is fantastic if you don't know the uppers are half the price of the lowers. All links on the website go nowhere. The address on the email on the quote has the same name as a business that has already received 9 complaints on here for ripping people off midatlantik recycling and the reviews on both sites are exactly the same. The address in Florida is a UPS office.
