On August 29, 2019, I purchased a T-shirt online through a Facebook ad. I immediately got an email confirming my order and that I would be notified when the order ships to be received in 14-20 days or sooner. The $19.99 was immediately taken from my account. I have emailed numerous times and did receive two responses, one September 23rd stating that the demand was greater than expected and will have the order rushed as soon as possible - Another on October 27th stating that they cannot refund the money, but are working hard to rectify the issue. I have emailed many more times...it's January 1st, 2020. I have not heard from Lelime.co since October, have not received the order and have not recieved a refund. They certainly talked the Christian talk for their Be The Beacon advertising...Shame on them. Total Scam.

Ordered a hoodie 4 months ago. My card was charged at purchase and I received an email with an order number. After not receiving it in 2 months I contacted them via email. They replied they would be sending it out soon. Another month with nothing and I emailed again asking for my money to be returned and they are no longer replying. I can see they are operating under different business names and selling the exact same products on facebook.

On September 9, 2019, I ordered a shirt from Be The Beacon (lelime.co). I responded to an ad I saw on Facebook. They claim to be a Christian based company selling Christian T-shirts. The "reviews" were good so I ordered a shirt for $19.99. Today is December 3rd and I have not received the product. There is no address or phone number for this company - only a web site and email address. I have sent three emails, to which I received the same exact response that they are so sorry for the inconvenience and have not been able to resolve my order issue. I am very skeptical that a real person even reads the emails. I am just as skeptical that the "reviews" that I read where legitimate. After doing some more research I found that I am just one among many, many people who have had the exact same experience with Be The Beacon. I am glad that I only spent $19.99. I learned a valuable lesson to check out a company thoroughly before ordering anything.

I ordered a t-shirt from this co in Sept 2019 and 2 mo later it still hadn't arrived. Then only contact it via email. They keep making excuses. But no shirt and no refund.

I ordered shirts from this company. I did receive an order confirmation but nothing after that. I have emailed them multiple times - got two responses and then nothing after that. It has been 3 months now and have never received anything and they will not respond to emails or requests for refund.

On August 20th, 2019 I was told that my order would arrive in 14-20 business days. After not receiving my $30 item I emailed the company repeatedly asking for an explanation. I got a very delayed response saying there is an overwhelming demand and the product will be rushed to you. Now, 3 months later I have no product. I’ve asked for a refund and there was no acknowledgement of that, just an apology for the delay and claim to fix the lack of communication. The website has items that claim to have 5 star reviews. I have no reason to believe this is a real company. Very bummed to lose the money.

I ordered a blouse on September 16 from this company and I never received it. They took the money out. 19.95. Never received tracking or shipping no It's a faith based company. I ordered with Mastercard. My sister also ordered one from this company and I think another blouse from a similar company.

Facebook ads kept showing up for all this neat inspirational clothing from this Be The Beacon place link. My daughter who was going through a tough time saw it & sent it to me with a shirt she wanted. Normally I thoroughly research websites, links, etc big did not for this one, probably because of the religious nature of it. It is my own fault but please don’t fall for it. I placed an order, got an email confirmation & they took the money from my debit card. Two months later, no shirt & cant bring them up in Facebook anymore.

I ordered three shirts on 9/11/19 in the total amount of $39.98. Here's the message I received immediately after ordering:

Since I had not received a shipping confirmation, I emailed inquiring about the order on 9/20/19 inquiring about the order. Finally received an reply from "lelime" six days later (9/26/19) stating: "Thank you for reaching out to us! I must apologize for the late response to your emails. We are currently making improvements on our communication.

Your items should arrive within 14 - 20 days from the purchase date."

I continued to wait but sent another email on 10/10/19 inquiring about the order since it had now been a month. Here's the reply (which is still apologizing for their "communications" problem - which hasn't improved?) "Thank you for reaching out to us! I must apologise for the late response to your email. We are currently making improvements on our communication.

We sincerely apologize for the lateness in the delivery of your shipment, but we are experiencing an unusual delay because of the overwhelming demand

for this product. We will have your order rushed to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!"

While this could be the case, their customer service stinks since I didn't get any email letting me know the order has been delayed. Now looking at their other business names, it appears there are complaints about products not being received, which indicates they are scammers. Looking at the reviews on their website a little more closely, I now realize that many of the reviews are written/posted on the same date, thus making me believe the reviews are written by this scam company and not true reviews.

I ordered two shirts from Be the Beacon on Facebook. Total cost was $35.99. The order was received and they debited my credit card on August 29. The website did read that it would be 10-14 days before receiving. It has been 16 days. I have sent 3 emails inquiring about my order but have not received a reply. There was no address nor phone number to contact. This is why I believe I was scammed and they took my money.

I ordered a t-shirt from the Be the Beacon website in August, and have not received anything. I have emailed multiple times and have not gotten a response. When I Googled the address to send returns, it is the same address as a company called Doggy Crumbles, which is also a fraudulent business.
