Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

This company illegally robocalls me 3 times a day despite attempts to stop them. There is no one to actually talk to and they spoof local phone numbers. Today they spoofed a coffee shop that my wife happened to be at at the time...not sure if that is coincidental but strange either way.

These people listed as a legal charity call me several times a day, every day from different phone numbers in cities all over the US. It is a recorded message with no way to get off their list.

These clowns call every day, many times a day and left almost 40 messages when I was out of country. They use bogus phone numbers, pirated from other parties in our State of Montana. This seemed to begin soon after I was treated for a potentially debilitating condition.

I see three parties that need to be taken to task:

Be Safe at Home-They should be shut down and prosecuted.

The provider of the phone numbers- How can they not be complicit?

The medical providers who leaked my private information-Privacy which they are so obsessed with in theory.

Blocking every number they steal is not practical and could be a number I might need to hear from legitimately.

I know that you're not supposed to say "yes" if you get a call from someone that says "Can you hear me?" and I believe that this call may have been a variation of that. The call was a recording from a home safety company and they said I was eligible for free medical devices that would help to keep me safe at home and asked if I wanted to learn more. They asked in a way that prompted me to say yes or no. I just hung up the phone.
