We have a patient who is receiving calls from B&E Pharmacy regarding a script for pain gel, this scammer knew the patients name, date of birth and who the primary care provider was. they have contacted the patient more than one time to get them to give more identification and they already knew that patient had medicare and AARP for insurance. They then faxed the office twice trying to get the information and the script written. i called the phone number and they could not tell me who they were when i asked because they "represent several businesses" No information was given to the company the patient has been advised not to give the company any information when they call.
