The owner of b&d is named Bradley. He is an exploitive Caucasian man who is paying employees under the table who are possibly illegal immigrants. My fiancé who worked there over 6 months with very little training made a mistake and gave a customer more than what they earned from their materials. He told ******* that he MUST pay the $2000 back or it will come out of his paycheck. ******* did not sign anything making him liable to pay this money. Bradley now refuses service to him and will not allow him within the shop. He also made ******* drive a forklift without any certifications. Bradley did this numerous times if not with all employees. None of them are forklift certified. I will be contacting other organizations about their dangerous safety practices example: lack of hard hats, no PPE, no employee certification. Thank you.
