I have orders a Bogg Bag from this company that said it would shipped in 3-5 days. They claimed it has shipped but they have given me two tracking numbers and websites in which both say "not found." I have tried multiple times to email them asking for a refund or asking for a shipping status and they just simply copy and paste the same email message. They aren't actually reading the emails. They have also sent me emails in Spanish instead of English. They will not give me a refund.
