Talked to the website via email about purchasing one of the tractors they had listed. Tractor price $9,000 and a delivery fee of $800. Did a wire transfer to Regions Bank into an account named J&P Autos LLC for $9,800. After wire transfer, they still exchanged emails about delivery but they never delivered it and now won't answer email or phone calls.

STAY AWAY!!! THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! DO NOT WIRE MONEY!!! I was taken for $12,400 for the purchase of a Kubota Tractor, L3200, 2013. I even checked out the company under the Montana Secretary of State and they have it listed as “Active-Good Standing,” IT IS NOT. Company information as listed by Secretary of State: File # C1030039, PO Box 560, Glendive, MT 59330, Noncommercial RA00010102, Darr A. Fisher, 1313 Highway 16, Glendive, MT 59330. I worked with fictitious people by email and phone; John Pearson - Sales Manager, and Clive Jenkins - Manager. They kept extending the delivery date for the tractor. It never arrived. Phone numbers were no longer active. Filed Federal Trade Report # 140456971.
