unfortunately I was a victim of fraud with this company. I have been paying for months now with the idea of my student loans being taken care of, I made 4 payments of 249 and after was 39 every month. I filed a dispute on the transactions they made on my account that was promising me that my student loans would be taken care of, please don’t fall for any calls regarding student loans, scammers are really smart to get people to believe something that will not happen, unfortunately I didn’t do deep research before signing with them and lost over $1,000 that could of been used to pay down my debt.

I was contacted by BCO in October of 2021. They had access to all of my FedLoan information including how many loans I had as well as the amount, my name and address and social. They sounded legitimate and told me they could consolidate my loans and with larger payments I could have my loans paid off faster.

They told me something about an act wanting student an act that was passed to assist students paying off their loans faster and I was on board. Everything was very efficient and I was able to get set up the same day for my payments.

Later I would find when I called in to check they would already have me pulled up which I didnt find suspicious at the time but now I do. Most places make you verify yourself but I would call in and they would know my first and last name and have my account up.

It's now the end if Febuary and I have been making these payments but I see nothing has changed on my Fedloan. I called and canceled with BCO and reported to FedLoan and my bank.

I hadnt realized until now that there was an issue as manditory payments had been suspended due to Covid.

Please, please be warned. My daughter received a phone call saying BCO could reduce her student loans, scam! She was so excited. They told her that my loans for her could also be taken care of. After speaking with them, and foolishly giving them info, I told them I wanted everything canceled. I received an email from Jason Tran at BCO confirming my cancelation. This happened a month ago. In the last week, they have tried to process their fees from my bank account. In doing everything to block them. Be warned, they are sluck and using Debtpaypro with a phony check number and no information as to who is debiting the money. Only a check number. Please, please file complaints, so these scammers get closed down!

Hi so I received a random phone call from this company claiming that President Biden had granted a new student loan forgiveness program that would cancel out 90% of my student loans, that I had qualified for this program and they claimed that they work closely with my current student loan provider. The representative I spoke to claimed that if I paid $999.00 for 4 months broken down into payments, it would then be reduced to a lower monthly amount after the 4th month of payments until my student loans were fully paid off. They assured me that they would take care of everything and that I would not need to contact my current loan provider because moving forward, I would just be working with their company. However, shortly after, I received an email from my currant loan provider asking me what loan repayment plan I was trying to change to. A bit confused as to why my old loan provider was contacting me, I called BCO and inquired if I was supposed to contact my old provider. The BCO representative told me that I didn't have to contact my other loan provider until February of 2022. I was really confused and told the BCO agent what was explained to me prior. He informed me that I'm paying BCO for their consulting services for my loan providers to keep me on Biden's forgiveness plan, in addition, I will have to play my loan providers back towards my student loans. Even more confused, I called my student loan providers and asked them about my loan plans. If I was up to date, if they had spoken to the other company. My loan provider assured me that I was up to date on everything and Biden's forgiveness plan hasn't even taken effect. He informed me that I might have been scammed and to contact BBB.

I also was contacted by BCO Consulting Services. I owe $81,000 in school debt. I am glad I did some research and found this site. Before, these hucksters get any money from me. I will report these thieves because they are ripping people off

I too was contacted by BCO Consulting Services and was told they could consolidate my student loans from $43,000 to $999.00 in 5 monthly installments of $199.80 deducted from my debit card. The company seemed legit as they had my personal information and sent me a real looking contract to sign with their business logo. BCO Consulting Services told me they would contact Fedloan Servicing and let then know they would be taking over my student loans. I contacted Fedloan Servicing and FSA and found out I still owe $43,000 in student loans. Fedloan said they do not deal with 3rd parties. I believe I am a victim of a fraudulent scam.

This company called me and already had my personal email that is affiliated with my Federal Student Aid [FSA] account, making them sound legit off the bat, not to mention they stated they work in affiliation with the Department of Education [DOE]. They claimed they could forgive $81K in debt of my $91K total, and said all I would have to do is pay them $1,000 over the course of five months to get this done and then monthly payments of $40 until the $10K is paid off. They continued to use fraudulent means to access my FSA info and now have access to my social security number, email, address, full name, all of my loan history and documentation with that, including my current loan consolidator company.

They set it up electronically and emailed me official looking documentation. They took out the first payment by debit card, and a few weeks later I received paperwork from a 3rd party loan consolidator company, of which I already have. Nothing stated I was going to have the $81K forgiven in any documentation after I received the first draft of papers from BCO. I cancelled everything, reported them to FSA, DOE and my loan company, along now with ScamPulse.com and Google. They will not give me my $199.80 because "they submitted documentation and completed a service". I told them it was a fraudulent service with fraudulent pretense, and their service was a scam. That does not matter to them.

Every company I have reported them to informed me - never give your information out to anyone who claims legitimacy through the DOE, because legit companies will never ask for it. Loan consolidation is a free service that can be done through fsa.gov, and never pay anyone who claims to "forgive" loans or any debt. I will continue to warn people of this and other 3rd party lowlife scammers who are preying on students and former students that want to have their debt qualified for forgiveness.

BCO Consulting student debt relief attempted to defraud me. I currently owe less than $20k in student debt. Ian sent me an email with his numbers and I immediately spotted an error with my debt because the [censored] had that I owed $115,000. He immediately hung up the phone call when I called him out on it. I called back and another person picked up and did the same. These guys aren’t legit and scamming lots of vulnerable people out there. Be careful!
