Received call on my cell phone from someone identifying themselves as a representative from mediation company. Stating that they have a judgment against me for $6000.00 for a check that I owe Express Cash. They advised that they checked the National Database and show that I had this outstanding, but it was the only one. They advised the least amount they could except would be $2325.11! This did not seem like anything that I owed and did contact them to advise that I have contacted several legal branches and advised that if they contact me or any of the numbers they have for me that we will file harassment charges. These people are awful!
