Received a cashier's check in the mail from BBVA Bank out of Birmingham Alabama in a plain white envelope. Check looks very real for the amount of $2284.50. Only thing in the envelope is the check, no letter, no instructions, nothing!

I have received a request for a loan payment. It is from BBVA Bank in Miami,,,I have never taken out a loan,,I told them that and they have turned me over to their fraud dept.,,,Later the sent me papers to file and have notorized. The report requires me to give the all my personal info. ie: social,drivers lic number and more,,,,sould I complete it??? I dont know these from the man in the moon.
