States they are BB&T Insurance services but it doesn't read like English is their first language. Your account security is our priority."]] As I said, English is not their first language and all they want is every bit of security information about your supposed account. Except I've never heard of BB&T and I don't have an account there. Title says BB&T Insurance but email asks questions about a bank.
